SPREE 1st Annual Charity Golf Outing Registration

Date: Sunday, April 1, 2012
Location: Las Vegas National Golf Club, 1911 E. Desert Inn Rd., Las Vegas, NV 89169
Time: Registration begins at 12pm
Shotgun Start: 1pm
Format: Tournament will be played in Scramble with 4-person teams. If you do not enter a team list, you will be placed with others.
Entry Fee: $125 per player (includes: green fees, cart & boxed lunch)
Payment Due: March 11, 2012

Handicap: Please submit your approximate score for 18-holes (to ensure teams are evenly matched)
Cancelation Policy: If golf tournament is canceled due to weather or other events, player will have the option to donate their entire entry fee to Camp Soaring Eagle or receive a full refund. If player cancels, 15 days notice is required to receive 50% of entry fee. If player is a “no-show”, entry fee is non-refundable.
Loss or Damages Policy: All golfers are responsible for any errant balls, loss or damages to carts, equipment or property associated with the tournament, Las Vegas National golf course or Specialty Retail Report.
