Why should I exhibit at SPREE?
To gain maximum exposure for your company, product or service in the specialty retail industry. To generate leads and make deals with current and prospective cart retailers and to network with key players in the industry.
Who should exhibit at SPREE?
Manufacturers, wholesalers, suppliers, inventors, artisans, property manager and developers, consultants, companies offering turnkey concepts and service providers.
How big are the booths?
Booths are either 8’x10’ or 10’x10’.
How much does a booth cost?
A standard 10’x10’ booth is $1,500. A 10’x10’ booth with corner exposure is $1,650. An 8’x10’ booth is $1,200.
How do I obtain booth space?
How is booth space assigned?
Booth space is assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will make every effort to assign you one of your top five preferences.
When will I be notified of my booth assignment?
Exhibitors will be notified of booth assignments after their contract is received and processed. No later than February 1, 2012.
What comes with my booth?
Exhibit space includes an 8’ back drape and 3’ side drape, a standard booth ID sign, four staff badges and a free Virtual SPREE booth.
What is Virtual SPREE?
Virtual SPREE is an online trade show floor showcasing all SPREE exhibitors. Virtual SPREE will funnel new customers to you 24/7, 365 a year. Virtual SPREE goes live approximately two weeks after the live show in Las Vegas.
What do I need to do to receive my virtual booth?
Virtual SPREE is an exclusive benefit ONLY for SPREE exhibitors. You will automatically receive one online booth which will include a brief company profile, a picture of your booth or product, contact information and a link to your website once you submit a contract for SPREE.
How do I get badges for my staff members working the show?
Complete the form included with your booth assignment by the deadline published on the form. Badges may be picked up at exhibitor registration; they will not be mailed.
When is exhibitor move-in?
Due to the growth of SPREE, exhibitor move in will now take place on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Please refer to the Show Information page for times.
How do I order furniture for my booth?
Information on how to order furniture and electrical services will be included in your exhibit manual which you will receive prior to the show.
Is the exhibit hall carpeted?
Yes. The Paris Ballrooms for SPREE 2012 are carpeted.
How do I secure a hotel room at the show rate?
There are a limited number of rooms available at Paris Las Vegas and Bally’s Las Vegas at the rates of $159 and $129, respectively. To reserve a room, call 877-796-2096 and identify yourself as a SPREE participant or reserve online at SPREEshow.com. Reservation deadline is March 9, 2012 and rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and are subject to sell out before the cut off date. They have for 2010 & 2011, so reserve early.
How can I benefit from speaking with specialty leasing managers?
Specialty leasing managers are acting as a sales force on your behalf – promoting your products to their tenants. While they will not sign deals with you at the show, they have a strong influence as to what products are sold in their centers.
