After a record number of SPREE 2012 sponsorship sign-ups, the SPREE 2012 exhibit hall space is now open for business and taking reservations.

With 100 booths reserved out of only 337 available, past and potential exhibitors are locking in their premium space for the 2012 show now. One third of the show floor has already been sold, making SPREE 2012 the fasting selling SPREE show to date.

New category added to SRR’s Hall of Fame for 2011

We are proud to announce that a new award for Outstanding Specialty Leasing Director of the Year has been added to Specialty Retail Report‘s Specialty Retail Hall of Fame. The award will be presented at the SPREE 2011, which takes place April 12-14, 2011 at The Sands Expo Center at the Venetian in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The SRR Specialty Retail Hall of Fame Awards are the only awards that recognize outstanding individuals in the specialty retail industry for their contributions and accomplishments to this segment of retail.

Each year at SPREE, leaders and innovators in the specialty retail industry are recognized and entered in to the SRR Hall of Fame for their outstanding contribution to the industry. Award categories include: Outstanding Retailer of the Year, Outstanding Specialty Leasing Manager of the Year, and the new category of Outstanding Specialty Leasing Director of the Year. Also this year Specialty Retail Report will be awarding a special Lifetime Achievement award.

Nominations are now being accepted for all award categories. Nomination forms and details can be found at www.SRRHallofFame.com. Industry professionals are encouraged to make nominations as soon as possible. The deadline for nominations is February 11, 2011. Award recipients will be honored at a special reception during SPREE on Tuesday, April 12, 2011 and profiled in the Summer 2011 issue of Specialty Retail Report.
